Refund policy
Refunds and exchanges must be approved by A-TAC staff before being sent to us. Send an e-mail to info@a-tac.ca to start the refund/exchange process. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If a return/exchange is approved, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. If the customer receives an incorrect or a defective item, A-TAC will bear the shipping costs.
We are not responsible for exchanging or refunding orders placed through approved/unapproved dealers and sales channels.
A request for a refund or exchange has to be done within 10 days of receiving your order. Any request after the 10 day time-frame will not be processed.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
We will not refund or replenish orders that are stolen from your doorstep.
We will not offer refunds, nor accept items, if items have been used.
