At first UPS said that the package was damaged and then it arrived. Everything was unboxed and thrown into a bigger box. Ther was no packing material in the box. Which caused my new knife to get knicks and scratches. I called their customer service and without question they were going to do what it took to make me happy. And that my friends is good customer service. I have ordered from them a second time and will continue to shop with them. By the way the products are amazing and good quality.
I recently purchased a Phantom knife. When i unboxed it some of the furniture had come off likely because of poor attachment. I have been attempting to resolve the problem for over a month using the “contact us”link. The company has been unreachable. I can’t rate the knife because I can’t use it.
